Trails & Tales Kenya began with a simple belief: travelling across Kenya should be easy. We built a platform to replace long queues, inconsistent schedules, and scattered information with a unified digital experience that serves both travellers and transport operators.
Founded in 2018, we started with bus bookings and quickly expanded to include shuttles, flights, taxis, and curated tours. Our USSD booking system launched in 2020, making travel accessible to millions without smartphones.
Today, we serve travellers in every county across Kenya, combining technology, local knowledge, and partnerships to make travel simpler — whether you're heading home, commuting for work, or exploring new destinations.
